Since I got these dropset pins, I have literally cut my gym time down from 90/120 mins down to a flat 60 mins. seems like you are putting more intensity in on your sets because you're not reaching for the pin every time. So you are actually getting into the burn zone of your workout faster and benefiting more. If you don't have a set of these... I'm not saying you are missing out but, you cant beat the experience of having them. I have two sets, 4 pins in total. Mainly for when you are using any machine with double cables or double stack plates. its just easier to just git in and go. 10/10 for me. Just get two sets, you won't regret it...

Very good, I like the bar, arrived clean serrated surface for the plates to hold, plates are great as well, reasonable price, though everything expensive nowadays 🫠
